Commissioned by Miral, Moment Factory led the creative and technical design of the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi’s Earth’s Balance exhibit, overseeing its narrative, scenography, layout, music, and visual content. The project joins two others by Moment Factory at the museum: Life’s Journey and The Story of Earth.
The last stop on the museum’s journey through our planet’s history, the gallery situates visitors in the present moment, depicting extreme weather events driven by climate change, while instilling hope that we can work together to restore Earth’s delicate balance.
Standing between two large screens designed to resemble windows, visitors look out over intense natural events that highlight the impact of climate change. Content was developed in close collaboration with subject-matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with current climate change research.
With this project, Moment Factory reinforces its ongoing presence as a creative force in the region and partner in crafting immersive museum spaces that evoke emotion, deepen understanding, and foster connection.
