Onhwa’ Lumina transports visitors into a poetic multimedia world, shaped by the stories, symbols and rhythms of the Huron-Wendat. The experience is grounded in rich creative traditions, and explores themes such as the cycle of life, the passing down of knowledge, matricentrism, and the shared relationship between all living things.
The essence of the nation’s music and dance is ever-present across a 1.2 kilometre forest trail. Divided into seven immersive multimedia zones, installations include lighting design, video projection, scenography and an original soundtrack.
Onhwa’ Lumina is the 14th Lumina in the night walk series, the 7th in Canada, and the 5th located in Quebec.
