Our high-impact place-making content helps a leading retail developer's marketing team seize visitors' imagination as they approach new shopping destination.
Wanting to highlight two key entrances and set the mood for shopping, Canadian retail development giant Ivanhoé-Cambridge called on Moment Factory to design and produce fashion animated content with a fashion inspiration. Highlighted by extra-large LED video screens conceived by retail architects JPRA, the mall's two fashion and lifestyle section entrances are a canvas for moods and looks from across the style spectrum, transforming the gateways into a ‘Digital Lookbook’.

Moment Factory and the clients wanted to create an enticing, engaging visual attraction as visitors approach the mall on foot, with a sense of ‘browsing for inspiration’. Fashion is not universal--it’s a unique and personal expression, so we proposed a greater number of shorter animations. In this ‘something for everyone approach,’ visitors enjoy several distinct animated sequences before they enter the mall, with moods ranging from cool to classic.
 
Our ‘Lookbook’ strategy simplified the approach to creating content, allowing us to deliver not only a rich variety of styles, but greater value for the client as their budgets could be re-positioned to create a rich content library. We love seeing the looks of surprise and anticipation on visitor's faces when as they are drawn into the visual worlds we create!
