Oceana Lumina opens at the Arsenal of Rochefort

Moment Factory is pleased to announce the opening of Oceana Lumina, its second enchanted night walk in France.
After the mountains of the Alps, visitors in search of new experiences are now invited, until mid-autumn, to the maritime world of the Arsenal of Rochefort.
Oceana Lumina opens its doors at nightfall and takes visitors on a poetic adventure inspired by local maritime history.
For this project, Moment Factory’s Montreal and Paris studios collaborated on the design and production of an immersive journey that combines the magic of light, scenography, sound and video projection. Along a 1.2 km pathway, participants relive the wonder of ocean crossings, like so many sailors before them.
Combining digital and creative technology with a captivating story, Oceana Lumina seamlessly fits into this notable heritage site, bringing with it its own mysteries. It contributes to the economic and tourism development of the Rochefort area by increasing traffic, prolonging visits to the site and enhancing the city’s evening cultural attractions.
This season, in addition to inspiring visitors to embark on the immersive Oceana Lumina experience, Moment Factory is offering two other experiences in France: the Alta Lumina enchanted nightwalk in the ski resort of Les Gets, and Regalia, which is also returning for a new season at the Saint-Remi Basilica as well as the Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral.
