What’s the common ground shared by all our creatives, no matter where they’re from? Passion. Made up of eighteen nationalities, our team is divided throughout three continents, fifteen countries, and fifty cities. This essentially multicultural perspective fuels our imagination.

Whether it’s envisioning the public spaces of tomorrow, creating an amazing stage for a rock tour, or highlighting the beauty of a natural or heritage site, our talented team outdoes itself every time.

Augmented curiosity, professional reality

At Moment Factory, all knowledge, passion and experiences are shared. That’s why we’ve created the MF School for professional development. Here, we pull up a chair and learn from each other, feeding our curiosity and building our own professional development plans, thanks to more than twenty-five specialized courses created by and for our employees.

Try it out, get it wrong, learn more, get it right

Our studios are overflowing with ideas and the desire to try out new things. With three prototyping spaces, in Montreal, Paris and Tokyo, we have over 300 square metres of experimentation space. The events we hold here are a chance to test out new technologies in real life. Inventing, prototyping, innovating, experimenting, making mistakes, learning, and starting over again: discovery is in our DNA. And it’s what allows our multidisciplinary artists to explore and to develop new and surprising concepts.
