Expanding the summer offerings with Village Parallèle, a new immersive nighttime attraction set to boost the Village Québécois d’Antan’s appeal.

Village Québécois d’Antan invites you to explore its brand-new immersive evening experience, Village Parallèle, designed in partnership with Moment Factory. On this night-time journey of discovery, be ready for new and surprising insights into this iconic Québec heritage site.

In the evening, Village Québécois d’Antan’s time machine goes totally haywire! As a result, you arrive in Village Parallèle, a strange world where history warps and morphs from the real to the surreal.

At nightfall, VQA is utterly transformed by light displays, video projections, and original soundscapes. With friends or family, you’re invited to explore the site freely, discover indoor and outdoor activities, and enjoy tasty treats. You can be sure that a different surprise awaits at every turn in the village!

This new attraction, following our initial collaboration with VQA in 2023, is a novel solution to the challenges museums and other sites face nowadays as they strive to revamp their tourism offer. In addition to VQA’s daytime offer, this immersive night-time experience provides yet another reason for discovering or rediscovering this wonderful site. To create Village Parallèle, Moment Factory deployed its immersive technologies in accordance with VQA’s mission and infrastructure, resulting in a one-of-a-kind, offbeat experience that dovetails perfectly with the site’s traditional offering.
