DALL-E
AUGMENTING LEARNING WITH TECH-ENABLED PLAY
- 2023 | Boston
At the Museum of Science, Boston, a versatile interactive space expands the possibilities for experiential learning.
The Museum of Science, Boston’s Immersive Gallery, a programmable “black box” space that can be endlessly transformed with different thematic experiences.
This space is equipped with projection mapping and interactive tracking technologies developed over more than two decades of research and development by the studio. It marks the third collaboration between MOS and Moment Factory.
Dall-E invites guests to playfully explore the "art" of artificial intelligence, with Lidar tracking tool enabling personalized image creation to add to a collaborative gallery.
Experiences can stand alone or complement adjacent exhibitions, making complex topics accessible through short interactive moments. Dall-E is part of the Museum’s expanding collection of interactive experiences, which also includes Mission: Mars and Innovation: Earth.
Also serving as an in-house laboratory, the Immersive Gallery allows MOS to experiment with innovative strategies for engaging audiences in new ways. Adapting to various experiences, the multi-use space showcases the Museum's forward-thinking approaches to science education to prospective partners and donors.
