Animation Adventure with Molly of Denali
INTERACTIVE PLAY AND IMMERSIVE STORYTELLING ENHANCE THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
- 2025 | Vancouver
Moment Factory activated a multi-room experience for Science World’s Creative Technology Gallery, blending interactive storytelling, play, and experiential learning.
Science World (SW) in Vancouver commissioned Moment Factory to bring to life Animation Adventure with Molly of Denali, their new multi-room experience inside the Creative Technology Gallery (CTG). This innovative space highlights British Columbia’s creative technology sector and inspires young visitors to explore how digital tools can spark storytelling, learning, and positive change.
Based on the award-winning animated series produced by GBH and Atomic Cartoons, the exhibition leads children aged 3 to 12 on a journey through three interactive rooms: Dream, where real stories shape animated worlds; Build, where visitors discover the steps of animation and editing through hands-on kiosks and behind-the-scenes insights; and Play, a 360° immersive environment where Molly’s world comes vividly to life.
Moment Factory designed and integrated the content and software, to transform the Gallery into an immersive, multi-room journey. Close collaboration with Indigenous creators and advisors helped ensure authenticity, while reinforcing the project’s cultural and community connections.
This collaboration with Science World expands our expertise in creating playful and engaging learning experiences that combine immersive storytelling, interactive shows and digital technology.
