On April 7th, the newly renovated CFG Bank Arena opened to the public, unveiling a multimedia-enhanced exterior activation by Moment Factory.

The newly renovated CFG Bank Arena (formerly Royal Farms Arena), Baltimore’s state-of-the-art, multipurpose live entertainment and sports venue, officially opened to the public in a ribbon cutting ceremony. This included the official unveiling of the arena’s revitalized exterior, featuring an innovative, permanent multimedia activation initiated by the Oak View Group and created by Moment Factory.

A series of concerts including Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band and the Eagles was planned for this special re-opening weekend. Event attendees and the general public now have the opportunity to experience a multimedia ecosystem comprising dynamic screen content, marquee lighting, and an illuminated facade. The iconic display generates a vital energy that elevates the iconic destination and radiates across the city’s downtown core.

An ever-evolving content schedule energizes the facade from day to night, emanating ambient visuals, show-stopping moments, and sponsored capsules. Original, animated video content features themes inspired by local culture that both Baltimoreans and visitors alike will recognize and enjoy.

The Arena and the City’s rich history inspired Moment Factory to connect to the architecture and the surrounding area to unite fans with memories, old and new, and contribute to the redevelopment of the heart of Baltimore.
